About Elise...
I am a licensed acupuncturist (Lic. Ac.) who trained at The Acupuncture Academy, where I gained a degree level qualification in Five Element Acupuncture. Before entering the field of Chinese medicine, I worked as a secondary school teacher, an experience that continues to inform my empathetic and supportive approach, particularly when working with young people.
My journey into acupuncture began through her own personal experience during many years of fertility treatment. Throughout this time, I discovered acupuncture to be profoundly beneficial, not only for supporting physical and reproductive health, but also for improving emotional wellbeing and mental resilience. This transformative experience inspired me to retrain and dedicate my career to helping others through this holistic practice.
I now runs a private clinic in Rochester, Kent, where she offers tailored treatments with a particular interest in women’s health, mental health, and supporting teenagers. I am passionate about creating a safe, calm space where patients feel heard and supported, and where both physical and emotional health can be explored as one.
My approach combines traditional Five Element principles with a modern understanding of health, aiming to restore balance, promote wellbeing, and empower each individual on their path to better health.
